- Developer of an in silico model of inflammatory diseases for drug development and clinical diagnostics
- Company providing ultra-high-throughput screening services for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
- Developer of diagnostic and therapeutic products for neurologic disease
- Provider of asset management and mobile computer inspection technology
- Developer of novel sample-preparation products for the proteomics marketplace

Representative Transactions and Undertakings
- Private placements of preferred stock, common stock, convertible notes and warrants for startup and early-stage technology companies
- Licensing of technologies from the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University, the University of Pittsburgh and Indiana University in exchange for cash and/or stock, including preparation of ancillary stock purchase and shareholders agreements
- Proprietary and open source software licensing
- Financing transactions, on behalf of early-stage companies, with leading economic development agencies such as Innovation Works, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Idea Foundry and the Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse
- Executive employment, consulting, advisor, confidentiality and other agreements on behalf of technology companies
- Corporate formation and seed capital financing for technology companies
- Management agreements between biotechnology incubator and its portfolio companies
